Oh Oh OH! This thread just reminded me and i am way to lazy to make a thread of my own! LOL! I got a copy of Little Ashes yesterday, well no, i didnt get it, Troy did (sick freak)....and we watched it last night in bed, and it was, ummmm, interesting. We both really really liked it, which surprised me because i didnt think i would. But it was interesting, Rob had an excellent potrayal of Salvador Dali, it was pretty spot on in my books.

There were a few cringe worthy moments where i was like - OMJ they didnt just put that in the movie, i can see too much, no wonder it is rated R! LOL!

Lets just say now i understand why they dont want to put it in the actual cinema's now (well over here anyway)....I mean, i think it is coming out on the big screen in selected cinema's next month, and me and Troy will go to whereever and watch it on the big screen because we liked it that much. And Troy said something really grosse about seeing it on the big screen - he said on the movie screen, and with all the surround sound they have it will feel like he is actually there during one of the more disturbing scene's....LOL...He was being a smart donkey-butt because of something i said about Jacob in New Moon! LOL!

where did you get the copy?

A friend of mine and Troy's - Tim - he downloads everything off the computer, but he is also known for being able to get his hands on the actual movie reel and stuff like that, he is one of the leading pirate copy sellers i know, he has so many customers, LOL, so i dont know if he downloaded it or got it some other way, i will call him up when i finish Uni and ask him, all i know is that we asked him for it a while ago and it took him over 3 or 4 weeks to actually get his hands on it.

I was looking for Little Ashed a week ago or so. Maybe it's up already/ Need to look through. If you find anything, let us know

I wanna see Little Ashes. I would have anyway, even without Rob's involvement because I like biopics and Dali is a very interesting character. It'll be interesting to see how he pulls off the character.
And Rob as a geek is very very cute! I could just eat him up...oh how much fun THAT'D be

I also would want to see Little Ashes even if Rob wouldn't be there. I am not sure how much Lorca is in there but I would want to see it cause of Lorca. He's close to me after we made his play which was important point in my life.

It does look pretty good from what I'v seen, though I've heard of a few cringe moments. Not sure whether thats just to do with the graphic nature of those scenes or if its to do with how they're handled...

Its not the graphic nature that is cringe worthy, it is how it is all handled, and how it is potrayed on screen that is cringe worthy. Although of all the visuals, seeing someone pleasure them self while watching 2 other people have sex is a littel too weird for me, i mean, that was something i wanted to keep to my imagination! LOL!

haha yeah that scene kinda worried me when I read about it. Especially since I'd have probably gone with my brother to see it until I heard about how graphic and awkward some of those scenes are. No way I could watch that with my big brother...no no

Tim hacks the passwords, and he uses Limewire and Bearshare to download movies - i asked him when he came by and dropped off a couple of scary movies for us today. But the important thing is, he copied all 9 episodes of My Own Worst Enemy on to disks for me, i have them on the computer, but i dont like watching things on the computer, i prefer the TV. So it is past midnight now, but when Troy gets home from work we are having an My Own Worst Enemy marathon! Gosh i wish there was more then 9 episodes! LOL!

And Ally - Nooooo i would suggest NO to the big brother! LOL! It is pretty graphic, and actually Rob must be really comfortable with his sexuality because i have seen dudes kiss in plenty of movies and it never looks as passionate as they are trying to make it, but in Little Ashes, well there is passion....LOL...

I just cant look at Rob like anything other then a brother, i mean, even when we seen him in all his glory, he just looked sooooo young, i mean Troy thought he looked OK, but i like muscle, and although Rob isnt like super skinny and ewwwww, he just dont have the stomach that appeals to me and makes me go - yeah i would do him....does that make sense? LOL

Limewire doesn't have Little Ashes. I tried it. I'm gonna try a few torrent sites later.
And yeah Rob could do with a better stomach. But thats all genetic. Not everyone can actually build a six peck. It isn't possible.

Yeah i know what ya mean Ally, it wont work for me and i go to the gym3 nights a week and play soccor on Sundays!! LOL!! But he just looked so young, i dont know, it was weird! LOL! Maybe because he didnt look like Edward!! LOL!
