It could just be that I've become immune to Edward through reading the books SO much though.

Patch is just rock-your-world sexy!!!! Edward has the mystery appeal but he has none of the bad guy spunk that radiates from Patch!!!!

Well I'm sure Rebecca and Jenn will have some ARC to give out on Fallenarchangel. At the very least they'll give us some spoilers when they get their copies, which I assume Becca will send them.

I've been like that since I read Hush Hush. I so can't wait till autumn but it will be atleast that long. Becca's still editing certain scenes and stuff. But they've shot the cover, which is good. Hey have you seen the cover to Hush, Hush?? it's the most beautiful book cover I have ever seen in my life! And not just cos Drew is on it!

Drew Doyon. He's the model on the front of the cover! Laz posted a picture of him in the hush hush book thread if you wanna go check it out. He's basically Patch for us, like Rob is Edward. You should totally see the video he posted for Christmas...let me go find it *goes*

Right? I can't believe how awesome Drew is, to do stuff like that for us in his own time just cos Rebecca and Jenn asked him to. Same with Becca, actually. Like she'll come on and do web chats and interviews and stuff and answer questions. Everyone involved in hush, hush is so sweet and down to earth. They really interact with the fans. I hope hush hush doesn't blow up too big though, cos otherwise it'll get too difficult for Becca and Drew to interact with us.

They all sound awesome and yeah I think that they spoiled Twilight a bit with all of the hype and the like...They could not have picked a better Patch seriously I'm going to be tossing and turning all night dammit!!!!

Hahaha I know, right. Though some of the ideas people have had for their Patch are pretty hot too. Mostly existing actors but a few chose models too I think.
Yeah exactly. I mean I can't say anything though cos I got into Twilight after all the hype and I probably would never have read it if not for the hype. And then I wouldn't know the sexiness that is Jaspie, or the awesomeness that is you guys.

And I think that Drew should totally do the part if it gets signed *fingers crossed* It is obvious that he connects with the fans and that most fans now associate him with Patch... I think if they cast anyone else then it could be a bit tricky to deal with

Yeah same here! I only got started the books after the movie came out but I finished every single book in the saga, and re-read them before I saw the film. And I truly loved the books regardless of the movie.

That they will do. The only issue might be Drew's acting, I mean he's primarily a model. I don't think he has any acting experience so I don't know...But like you said, he now IS Patch. I mean he refers to himself as Patch, as do fans.

Yes well they aren't going to be able to determine his acting skills unless they at least give him a shot... I mean he could be a great actor as well, just that modelling was more lucrative for him... But it is not upto us I guess...
