PMing Complaints.

This is just a general suggestion, and i'm not saying anyone has done this. but if you have a complaint about another member, just pm-ing one of the other mods doesn't do much good. they can ask him or her to stop, sure. but in order for anything to be done, really, me or rairai need to do it. so in order to save the sanity of the other mods, and to save time with pointless pms... if you have a complaint try to either PM rairai or myself. if it's an "emergency" then you should probably pm me. i'm able to get on a lot more than rairai is, as i have my own computer. or you could try to pm the other person i suppose. but this isn't high school people. whining about someone behind their backs won't do much good.

This rule is enforced. Just to make sure that everybody understands the purpose of enforcing this rule, send your complaint thru PM to ALL board officers. Not just one. That way, everyone of us is alerted of the issue. Remember, we can't verify your complaint, or even help you out, if you just tell one person about it. That's why we have a group of officers and not just one.
