*Subject *- Self Control!

Ok wolves!

We all know what can happen if we lose control, even for a second, and a loved one is in a close proximity.

Look what happened to poor Emily.

So we need to learn a little bit of self control.

Think of a happy place, and when you feel like your going to burst, just think of that happy place.

My happy place is Jacob Black.

I admire his self control, there were many a time when he was going to snap, but managed to control himself as so not to harm his nearest and dearest.

That is definatly a top priority.

Now, please, share your happy place, so we can all know what to talk to each other about when one is angry and losing control in order to help them re-gain control and compsure.

I had to put my self control to the test this morning.

I had to take my younger brother to the airport, he is going to Japan for a school excursion, and there was this girl there that i used to go to school with, and she said something, which i wont repeat because it will include alot of expletive words, but i was so close to losing control.

I was hyperventilating, shaking, the whole deal.

So in my head i thought, OK, calm down Tennille, you dont want to hurt your brother, Jacob wouldnt, you shouldnt either!

And it was difficult, but it worked.

This is another reason self control is important. We dont want people to find out what we are, can you imagine if i had just snapped when i was at the airport in front of hundreds of people heading out on international flights....

Come on people, share your stories, it is the best way to get them off you mind and will be better for your own self control in the long run.

hmm...lol. i lose my temper sooo easily. i used to always get in fights at schools, i would get in trouble for hitting all the boys in thier you know whats, lol.

Well that is why we have this lesson, because we dont want to hurt anyone we care about if we just happen to explode.

I also have anger issues, which is why i needed a happy place LOL!!

Self Control studies.... Hmmm... Yeah, I need that. Well, mostly because of antis now. LOL.

Just remember to think of your happy place, and dont be affraid to come here and vent when you feel like you are going to lose control, there will always be someone here to help and make sure you arent going to harm yourself or anyone else...

It's weird because whenever I tend to lose control, I tremble a lot, like I'm gonna go werewolf. Ironic because I have cold hands. LOL

That is ironic!! LOL!!

But i also tremble when i am really mad, and when i was younger, like between the ages of 5 and 12 or something i used to growl at people when i was angry! So my family have always called me a werewolf...no couple all that with my something Potters something disease (whatever the Dr called it, i just call it thing that makes me hot all the time LOL) and yeah...

So i definatly will benifit from Self Control lessons....lol...

They used to call me Tiger-look. LOL. When I get really angry, I just snap. Usually I just sit in the corner & don't talk. But if i had enough, well... it's like:

Well good thing you signed up for self control classes, dont want your fangs to get you into any trouble if you snap at the wrong person!!

I'll have a hard time coping, though. I'm sure. What with the antis. LOL. I actually didn't logon to TwiFo today. I didn't want to encounter antis.

Saints Eq and Weebo were bagging the imprinting thing....didnt even really acknowldge what i said....and i was going to argue some more, but thought, no i am sooooo happy today, you made my day telling me Taylor is signed for Eclipse, and i didnt want to ruin it by arguing with any idiots....sorry, i mean, anti's...

Oh gosh, I have such temper issues! I remember I got in such trouble when i was younger cuz i beat up my cousin, LOL.

I don't want to take the risk. I'll steer clear off TwiFo today. I'll see if I can take it tomorrow. I have to make sure I don't lose my cool over there. It's been my haven before this.

Well i was in a good mood today, but if i am ever in a bad mood where i feel like i might loose control, then i will probably avoid it like you did today.

I don't mind having antis there or here. It's just that now, the stuff they're saying - it's getting ridiculous. it's enough to make my blood boil & sing like Eminem. Full of angst. Overflowing with anger... like that -->

Im the same, when the Anti's actually acknowlege and listen to what us fans have to say i wont lose my temper...But lately they are bugging me!!

And LOL @ Eminem....i was listening to him not that long ago, he came on on the radio...i NEVER listen to the radio, but they are re-playing the interview Hamish and Andy did with Taylor Lautner (dad rang and told me to put the radio on...how sweet of him) SO I AM SOOOOO WAITING FOR ANOTHER HOUR TO HEAR IT...I dont care what crap i have to listen to in between LOL!!

Your dad's really sweet. He let's you know when Jacob is "present".

My head actually aches whenever I read an anti's post. Specially if it's something soooo off-topic.
