Tokio Hotel?

Anybody heard of the German band Tokio Hotel?

I'm weird and I will listen to just about anything. Anyway. They're a German band, but they usually have two versions of their songs. An English version and then a German version. I love them. They're kind of pop/rock-ish, I guess. It helps my not-fluent-anymore-German too, lol. But NOBODY knows who they are basically.

Tokio Hotel are amazing, StepSis!!! I love their stuff, it's so relaxing for some odd reason. And their music is so beautiful.

StepSis, you have AMAZING music! You're the only one who I've talked to who knows about them. I love them! I'm listening to "Monsoon" right now. Great song. Kinda sad, but very pretty too.

Awww thanks, babes. I listen to so much music from such a wide range of genres that I've heard pretty much everything.
Monsoon is one of my favourite songs by them, Bill's voice just kills me on that track.

I know! He has a really amazing voice. I love their music videos too. I'm eventually gonna get their music on iTunes when I get money. Until then, I'll just listen to it on YouTube or something.

I haven't actually seen any of their videos. I have it all downloaded, I've never been much of a music video-y person

If I see one really good music video, I'll look up the rest. Tokio Hotel's are really interesting and unique.

they are a really known band in Europe, and in Hungary too. They are the most famous emo band in Europe. I have a lot of friend who like them

It's probably just Americans who don't know about them then. But I love their music! I really want to get it on my iPod ASAP, but that's not gonna happen yet.

They're not that big in the UK but they're not that small either. And StepSis, you could always download their you tube bids and convert them into mp3s and that way you can put them on your iPod

It takes too long on the computer with all my iTunes crap. I hate this computer with a passion! But I'm ordering their CD from the library and that's free. Who knows how long it'll take though?

I think it's probably because some of their stuff is in German. So us English-speakers don't really bother listening to it sometimes. It helps my German though! It's better than it was a few days ago. Although I can understand German better than I can speak it.

I neither speak not understand any german lol! But yeah it might be the whole bilingual thing. Plus they're not a very mainstream sellable band. In terms of style and look and stuff.

I wish my library let me borrow CDs. That sounds awesome. Instead I just have to use nefarious methods, otherwise I'd be bankrupt with the amount of music I have.

Lol. I know. I have two Shuffle iPods and about 60,000 songs so far and that's about half of it. I have a ridiculous amount of music.

Yep same here. I need my music though. I have like 10,000 songs on my computer, and about 200 CDs I haven't even uploaded yet. And thats not even my full collection because I kept getting viruses last year and I kept losing my music collection and having to start again.

That's horrible! I would be so pissed if that happened!
