- I disagree with antis who criticize SM for ripping off other authors. She took inspiration from them, sure, but the final concept is different to any other SINGLE piece of literature.
- I disagree with other Twilighters who think SM is a really good writer. Sorry but she isn't. Awesome imagination, bad writing.
Thats all I can think of for now
Stephanie Meyer was mostly influenced by a dream she had and it woke her up so she just started to write.

Re: Free Period: Examples
just questioning how can u get inspiration for a book when it is all written from a dream? say you had a dream about edward and you and jacob, a love triangle right would you pull your inspiration from other authors or would you write how you saw the story as it played out in your head????

Re: Free Period: Examples
She said she only dreamt about the meadow scene. So, the rest would have to come a. from her imagination, b. from somebody else's imagination (including other authors), c. from another dream. I cut the third option out because we don't know if she dreamt about other parts of the book.
I have to say that I agree with Ally. She has a good imagination, but the writing isn't great. People tend to compare her books to J. K. Rowling's Harry Potter series. I think it's stupid doing that. Not only they're different because of the plot but also the writing is different. I think HP is extremely well written and Twilight is not that well written, when you compare.

Re: Free Period: Examples
heres hardly that much sex in there anyway. its more in breaking dawn and its tame. you only have to have an overactive imagination for it to be 'to much' i made it famazing sex, edward was really horny but in a gentle way when i was reading it.
its all in how you read it not how it reads on the pages
