What are you up to RIGHT NOW?

Personally, I'm being stupid and crazy but why not? Had a long day, have an even longer one tomorrow, and I need to unwind. I have never been classier than I am right now...dancing BADLY around my living room in my PJs, squirting whip cream from the can into my mouth, and swigging wine straight from the bottle xP

What are you doing?

Trying not to think about hard times my family is going through right now. I am listening music and reading this forum to get away from thoughts.

Also curds cake is tasty. Not too sweet.

Oh that sounds good!! I have cookies n cream ice cream but it doesn't taste as good as I remember so I'm avoiding it and sticking to plain whipped cream.

I have some little icecream a nd whipped cream but I don't like whipped cream.

I used it to make Turkish Tiramisu cake (I hope I spell it right) I love it

Also I made fruit juice jelly once and I didn't know what to do with it. So I found a recipe to mix whipped cream with curds and add in jelly. Maybe curds with whipped cream sounds weird cause I also thought that but it was nice actually

it goes ok with whiped cream.

Also in one program I saw a recipe with American marshmallow cut in 4 peaces and added in cream. Then add some berries or fruits on the top. Ppl who tried it in the program said it's very good. Not too sweet as they were expecting. I am going to make that dessert soon

My favourite is a British dish called Eton Mess. It's basically whipped cream mixed with crushed meringue, fresh berries, and like a berry sauce. SOOOOO good!

what is crushed meringue? I've read how you make it. Isn't it the same as whipped cream?

No, not like cream/ Meringues are whipped egg whites with sugar, that are baked, so they're crispy on the outside, and gooeey on the inside. They're amazing!!

I'm watching TV while my food goes down, and then I'm gonna have a solo dance party, possibly paired with wine! Thank god it's Friday - though, I have to be in labs at some point tomorrow morning...but I get to decide what time, and no-one'll be around to see how hungover I am xP

I am making Xmas decorations to sell them on ebay and maybe on Etsy as well

It's a traditional hungarian food.
You put hardboiled eggs, potato and some sausage together like this: potato, sausage, eggs and potato again, then you put sour cream on the top, you can add some cheese if you want and then bake them in the oven.
