Hahaha yah, that is what the doctor told me, but it aint working, and i can only eat so much...hahaha....oh well, maybe it will go away, i might sit in an ice bath later, to tense and tease my muscles and to cool off.....i havent had an ice bath for so long, it usually hurts to much the next day! But it might help me sleep without the sleeping pills, i used to ice bath all the time when i was doing sports and stuff....! It helped back then!

Certain salts don't help as much. Eat like Doritos and stuff like that. Instead of just putting on salt on foods, I have to eat really junky food for some reason.

Ice baths would help. Anything that works. Ask Troy for a massage. or I could fly up there and give you one.

Hahaha i will try the ice bath, ice is only2 bucks a bag at the moment, so i will get enough to fill the bath and see how that goes....and Troy cant massage, he is so bad at it, like he has such girly hands! hahahaha! sorry baby! LOL!
