Leah Clearwater

Leah is like my second favorite character in the book. She's witty, creative, fun, hilarious, and deep down inside she's really sweet. She has a feminine side, but she's also not afraid of being like one of the guys. I like how she's feisty and brave, too. I really wish she imprinted with Jake and had more page time.

i feel HORRIBLE for leah. i think stephenie put her in there to show how someone is withOUT the love of their life though... i wish she would have got a happy ending.

Me 2. Leah deserved happiness more than Bella. Bella just got everything she wanted and didn't have to do anything. She's the one with heroine material.

Leah was so interesting, i felt for her so much, i cant imagine going through what she had to go through...

I know. I've been in a similar situation like her, and it sucked.

I loved Leah. She's a really strong character, and she's really protective over Seth. She's loyal no matter what. And she got badly hurt. She deserved a happy ending and the fact that SM denied her that makes me love Leah even more. I mean Bella gets the perfect end, and Leah gets nothing

That was my big huge disappointing with Breaking Dawn. I loved it otherwise. But Leah.. Poor Leah..

As I make clear, Leah is my favorite character. Normally, she is very overlooked. It's good to find some Leah lovers.
Maybe she's my favorite because every time I read over her name, I think the person is talking about me? Maybe because I've also had a parent die recently and I feel linked to her through that. I couldn't imagine how terrible it would feel to know that if not for me my mother wouldn't have died. And that's how Leah has to feel about her dad. Maybe I just love her because I see myself in her more than almost any other fictional character.. ever.

Not to mention her indescribably broken heart! Oh, poor Leah!!

She was the true heroine.

I was really also hoping that Jake would imprint on her. Really really hoping. They are perfect for each other. I don't know what came over SM, that she didn't give Leah her happy ending, love-life-wise.

i am sad she did not get her happy ending too
but SM cant tie up every lose end there would
be like 1,000,000 books cause tieing up a lose
end just creates more lose ends

Loose ends are certainly a way to generate new books. Take heart, I guarantee that is SM does not want to write spin-offs, the publishing house will find some way to make it happen. Someday.

oh my. i would be excited. honestly though... i think i would love a jasper/alice story more than anything. about alice leaving the asylum and finding jasper. thatd be a great story...

Personally, I think I'd enjoy the same type of thing, but from Jasper's POV.

Or maybe a nice story about Garrett becoming a vamp, just because I love historical fiction so much. I may just try my hand at fanfiction some day.

haha idk... maybe from both of their POVs. cause id love to know what the heck was going through alice's mind when she woke up and remembered nothing... or when she had her first vision. and jasper... well id like to know anything about jaspers life. so maybe do it kinda like breaking dawn... jasper then alice then jasper again.
