I missed HQ!

Well, I was sitting in bed watching a movie and working on my novel. Out of nowhere, I realized how much I missed HQ and everybody on here. I seriously jumped out of bed and immediately ran to get on the computer before anybody else, lol. I missed everybody. To prevent the possible injury the next time I realize how much I miss all the Cullenates, I need to get on here daily. I almost tripped over one of my dogs coming out of my room, then I tripped over the other entering the kitchen. Lol. Oh well! I'm on here! Having fun too. I have to catch up with everyone's posts though... I'm so far behind!

Wow dude, you should be careful when you need to make a run for the computer, you dont want to be injured, because then you might hurt yourself and not be able to go on for even longer. But we missed you as well. Glad to see you come back after like AGES! LMAO!

Lol. I know. I was on here for like a few minutes on Rob's birthday. Then my step dad kicked me off before anyone got on. Rai was there. But now I need to start getting on here more often. I really miss everybody on here and all the craziness. Lol. It makes me feel crazy and sane at the same time.

We sure miss you, Soph. But yeah, you gotta be careful in getting on the computer. You might not be able to make it if you trip and fall. Then you'd have a broken ankle. We don't want that. The HQ is supposed to be hazard-free. LOL.

Living is hazardous for me, Rai. No way for things NOT to be dangerous, lol. I was talking to my best friend about how I'm going to a pain clinic for my bad knee sometime this summer and she said that they'd give up on me too. I'm so dangerous. Anyone around me needs to watch out. I trip over nothing.

But I'm on YouTube listening to "Need" by Hana Pestle because I'm trying to survive the part of my NM story where Edward isn't there. He comes back Chapter Nineteen. Alice comes back at the very end of Chapter Eighteen and I changed it majorly after Alice comes back. But I love this song. So perfect for NM. It should really be on the soundtrack. I'll probably finish my entire series by November though. I posted Chapter Nine earlier today. And I cried as hard as ever. But I changed Jake so he wasn't such an idiot. Sorry, Ten! I revised him so I like him more. But he's not in it as much. I really want to survive until Edward gets back. Especially because I'm gonna cry even harder when he does come back. Twists are painful! Ugh, lol. So I'll be using HQ to help me survive that. I'm gonna be addicted to this by the end of summer, but hopefully by then I'll have my own computer so I won't have to risk my life on my way to grab the computer before one of the kids.

It's almost Edward's birthday, so you gotta be on here more. Maybe help with the ideas on what to do on his hatch day. Hehe. Oh yeah, you'd be hazard-free when you get your own pc and never have to run to and fro the family pc. You can just stay put.

I've missed the HQ too.

I keep falling asleep. I'm free to come on whenever I want and instead I'm wasting time sleeping!! I think I've gone into caffeine withdrawal finally lol. And during the days I'm packing and stuff :S
But I think I have to start coming on during the day, even if I can't come on at night.

Lol. I just woke up and I'm on here, lol. I've been sleeping a lot lately. I went from like two hours of sleep a night while I was in school, now I get like twelve, lol. I feel so lazy. But whatever. I don't care. Sleep is really nice.

But yay for the originals from the OCD thread! I'm never on TwiFo either anymore. Just to check my story thread or update it.

I have to get on there to update my story or else I get really far behind on which link goes to which chapter, and blah, blah, blah. So I get on there for like five minutes everyday since I type up the chapters on another site.

I know what you mean Soph. I went from averaged 2hrs, to sleeping all day!!
I barely go on TwiFo too. The atmosphere has been dead recently.

That's normally what I do during summer though, Ally. I just sleep, read, write. but my mother FINALLY gave me back my copy of Eclipse. Took her long enough.

Yeah, it is kinda dead. I think the spammers and the April Fool's crap lost lots of members.

My summers vary. Sometimes I sleep a lot, sometimes I work non stop (like last summer), sometimes I'm handcuffed to my computer

There was one summer I volunteered at a horse barn. I worked my butt off there. Like twelve hours a day, even though that's illegal. I worked so freaking hard that summer, and then since then I just sleep. That barn is now closed. After I left, NO ONE did any work, so it had to close. And so now the owner won't be a job reference for me, which is making it a little harder to get a job... It's pissing me off. I sort of have a job doing laundry for my step dad, but I hate laundry. I might do it. I might not. I dunno. I kinda feel like being lazy this summer. But I REALLY need a job. Really bad.

Yeah when I stopped working at CABI, they've had issues finding a replacement who'll put up with their crap. I mean everyone there's awesome and friendly but the organisation, or lack thereof, is an issue.

Yeah, my mom was supposed to take me to get job applications, and the whole family broke out into a huge fight. So when that happens, that's like an automatic goodbye to any plans I had in the next month. I could apply online, but then I don't have the advantage of meeting the managers the day I turn in my application, so yeah... I'm still pissed about the restaurant thing.

You could always get to know the managers through phone conversations. Like call to make sure they got your app, and then get into convo. I've done that before...

True. I really don't want to work at like a Walmart or a Target though. I'd like to work at a coffee shop or a restaurant. I don't like working in HUGE stores or whatever. Small coffee shop, small restaurant, that'd be great. I have to go apply at a few restaurants down the street from my house. Eventually.

yeah small places are better to work. I'm lucky in that I've always fallen into jobs. I got a telemarketer job because I accidentally dropped a paper and this huge ad was spelt out all over the page, I called up, and got the job over the phone right away. CABI was coz I met a guy at my uni career fair and he offered me a job. NEXT was when I went shopping and they had a sign in the window. I filled in a form and right there and then they took me on.

Lucky you. Maybe there's something wrong with me... It's so hard for me to even get a job. They say in the US, it takes ten applications turned in to get three interviews to get one job. I hate that. It's like a full time job just LOOKING for the job. It's frustrating.

its usually like that here too, but I guess I'm just lucky hehe.
