The Volturi & their guard

They really fascinate me. Not with their appetite for human blood. But with their self proclamation that they rule over the vampires. I don't believe they had to vote for that. It's not like the whole vampire population voted for them. Even though the Romanians were supposed to be the ruling coven @ that time. Nobody voted for them, either.

Oh I love the Volturi. I think they're amazing characters. All of them are really interesting, and oh-so-evil in their politeness. No-one had a chance to vote. They just turned up and bang they're the ruling class. There's a simple elegance to that...well when you ignore all the violence in between the lines

I agree. But how can something so scary be fascinating @ the same time?

funny volterra moment. slightly related. you guys know im a history major right?! okay so im sitting there re-reading new moon. (and i feel the need to tell you guys that ive only read new moon all the way through twice. usually i read until edward leaves, and then skip to when alice comes back.) when all of a sudden alice is alll yeah, the volturi have occupied volterra since the time of the etruscans (i totally spelled that wrong.). i was the wtf who the f'ck (READ IEWIS) are the eutruscans. then the next day i go to world history when all of a sudden my prof starts talking about the eustracans. i literally was like YESSSSSSS!!!! I UNDERSTAND!! and then i turned bright red and looked down at my desk! rofl. but the entire class i had a big smile on my face. i was like ARO was THERE FOR THIS! rofl! i am SUCH a nerd!!! i dont know WHY i suddenly felt the urge to post this. btw if you were wondering... the eustruscans occupied the italian penninsula before the romans. the romans kicked 'em out. yaaaaaay romans!

HAHA I'd SO be the same, don't worry Mary. I squeal whenever anything Twi related comes up in my lectures, or anywhere around me. If I ever see the word sparkly or dazzling I start staring like a loon.

hahaha i didnt pay too much attention to the eutruscans, i was too excited. but i LOVE the romans! the same thing happend when we talked about Oliver Cromwell. rofl and the Spanish Influenza Epidemic. actually for the spanish influenza i really did make a loud funny noise and then i burried my head in my arms because everyone was staring at me. and the prof was all whats up? and my best friend, who is also a history major (woahh i know!), was like... well, sir, im not for sure what is up with her, but if i had to guess id say its something to do with twilight. hahahah im such a nerd.

HAHAHA!!! It must have been really weird for the rest of them. But whenever I hear, see anything that was mentioned in Twilight my eyes light up & I have that stupid smile on face like I've won the lottery.

I imagine they'd smell like too ripe apples that've been left to wrinkle. That overly sweet slightly dry starchy smell.

haha idk. i always imagined the volturi smelling like a banana thats not quiet rotted, but is definately not good to eat. you know how they just smell stronger... i imagine the volturi would still smell good... they ARE vampires. i just think that it would be intensified... expecially by their diet.

my sister has been apologising to the universe for like the last week for getting me twilightafied, i see something twilight related and i go silly
like the other day i went to buy some books and i couldnt carry them all so i found an edward tote bag and put them in there and took it all to layby. the chick looked at me sideways and said 'so do you want all of this?' and i was like'hale yeah' the total was $108.95 it was crazy but for my birthday im getting $80 from my sister so tha will help pay it off.
