Stephenie Meyer's Biography

New Moon author Stephenie Meyer has a new biography coming out soon, which gives an inside look at her quick rise to the bestseller lists after being a typical Arizona housewife. The press release for the biography, Stephenie Meyer: Author of the Twilight Saga says–

This biography goes beyond a basic examination of the life and success of Stephenie Meyer. Author Lisa Rondinelli Albert’s research led her to fans who provided early e-mail correspondence with Meyer as well as never-been-seen-before photographs, including one of particular interest—Stephenie’s high school prom photo. Meyer herself had not even seen this photo until it was uncovered by Albert, who was able to put the two prom dates back in touch.

no offense, but i really don't care to read a biography on stephenie. i mean that's just me. i wouldn't read a biography on anyone. they bore the hell out of me. but it just seems kind of... arrogant to me? it's like, she really hasn't DONE anything but write a bunch of books. i can see someone who's gone through some serious hardships writing one maybe, but if it's just about an average life... idk it just seems arrogant and pointless. that's totally just my opinion though.

Haha. I noticed, too. Month of May. LOL. And I'd rather read Edward's biography rather than his creator.

Hell, i havent even shelled out any money for that Bree Tanner book, i just read it online.

hahaha but i read it. and i didnt really like it. i dont like Bree and i dont like that Diego dude either (i think that was his name lol) i dont know, i just thought finishing Midnight Sun would have been a better idea then that dumb book. And i dont even like Edward.

i would have been THRILLED if she had finished midnight sun!!!! but i really liked the bree book! it made me cry when they killed her in the movie because i read it lol

I didnt like that she was so calm for a newborn in the movie, that was kind of annoying...

yes i did! and i agree. she wasn't newborn-y enough there at the end

I went and downloaded it onto my computer, just go to google and find a book uploading site, because i dont remember the names of any of them, and i did it there.

Edi, me and Cath were drooling HARD whenever Xavier came on screen. Much yummyness. We decided the film would have been enough with just him, Rob, and Taylor on screen for 2 hours.
And I haven't read the novella. Bree never interested me, she seemed a bit ofa last minute addition to the plot that was totally unnecessary.

Dude, i also think that Riley is hot. When i seen him i was like - whoa, what a honey....too bad he is a stinking leech, oh well....

And yeah, i agree with what you said about the Bree thing....I just think it is dumb as...

i, of course, disagree. bree was really important. bella had to see what a newborn was like before she made her final decision. she had to know that she wouldn't want edward in the same way... sexually. and she had to know that she wouldn't be the same person at least at first. he decision may have been differently otherwise.

Thats all well and good....BUT WHY DOES BREE HAVE A BOOK ABOUT HER?

But she'd already made her decision before Bree was introduced. The whole wanting Edward sexually came much earlier in the book than Bree's introduction if I remember correctly.

it did. but it kind of confirmed it. like when she looked into bree's eyes and saw that that's what she WOULD be for who knows how long. that the only thing she'd care about would be blood. it confirmed that she didn't want anything more than edward right now and that she wanted to tie herself to him in every way that she could before.

I suppose I can see that but I still think it was unnecessary.
