Will the Starcraft 2 graphics engine be redone before its release?

Alright the beta has been out for over a year and have played it myself. Even when it came out it really didn't look all that great. Don't get me wrong I'm extremely stoked for the game but from what I've seen in the beta, the graphics are mediocre at best, especially with the very cartoony art design which kinda makes it look like Spore, lack of textures and bad models for units. I just would like to know if they are going to tune up the graphics before its release.
